HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT JUNIOR FROM PASADENA, MARYLAND

"The best advice I can give to incoming students is to not be anxious to meet new people. Do not hesitate to ask fellow students or professors questions if you do not understand. Someone will usually have the same questions as you do. Be willing to put yourself out there. Always walk confident and have a smile on your face as people will begin to realize you and want to surround themselves with you."

Extracurriculars: Intramural Soccer Team, WVU College of Business and Economics Student Ambassador

Favorite Place on Campus: The first floor of the Mountainlair. It is not only a great place to get food and socialize but there are quiet spots in the back where you can get work done.

Hobbies: Sports are my favorite hobby. Whether that is playing or watching them, I am always around them. My favorite sport to play is soccer. I am a diehard Baltimore Ravens and Baltimore Orioles fan. I never miss out on watching a Ravens game and watch the highlights of every Oriole game. I also love the Mountaineers. I attend almost every home football and basketball game.

Favorites:

  • Food: Maryland steamed crabs
  • Color: Purple
  • Animal: Dog
  • Ice Cream: Strawberry

Why do you love WVU? My favorite thing about WVU is the students and faculty. People around here are always friendly and willing to help others. There is no other place like West Virginia University. You are not going to find another place that cares so much about their students and wants to see them all succeed.
