Jack Fuller Ph.D.
Dr. Fuller specializes in the analysis of energy systems (including both distributed and more traditional systems). This analysis includes developing energy system operating benchmarks, mercury emissions research, and unconventional oil resource work. He also designs and implements optimizing decision models, designs and implements computer-based decision support systems, and performs economic analysis on business operations.
Dr. Fuller is a former Dean of the California State University School of Business and Economics, and former Associate Dean of University of Northern Iowa's School of Business. He has been in numerous publications, including journals such as The Journal of Energy and Development, The Open Fuels and Energy Science Journal and the Journal of Applied Business Research.
