Turn your love of service into a meaningful career. Our Organizational Leadership program is the perfect fit if you are looking to pursue your love of nonprofit, public or private leadership.

The program will introduce you to effective methods to handle conflict and negotiations and to foster and lead organizational change.You will gain real-world experience from a hands-on curriculum and will have an opportunity to gain national and global internship experience. You will graduate with the skills you need to land a job you love so that you can make a difference in your community. In addition to nonprofit leadership, many of our graduates go into healthcare or hospitality and recreation leadership.

Working together

You will meet and work with individuals who are just as passionate as you are about implementing positive change. Our hands- on experiences occur in and outside of the classroom. From educational and networking trips and guest speakers, you will gain important communication and leadership skills.
