Expertise
Rachel oversees undergraduate recruitment and retention initiatives at the Chambers College. She coordinates the business school's first year seminar course (BCOR 191), directs the Academic Engagement Success Center (AeSC), and is responsible for the administration of undergraduate scholarships. She created and oversees the Chambers Peer Mentorship program and teaches its associated course, BCOR 490.
She oversees a team that works with academically at-risk students, the Chambers Ambassador Program, academic support services, and the CLIMB Living Learning Community. She provides direction for recruitment communications and travel, on-campus recruitment events, and assists with campus visits.
Rachel has been with Chambers since May 2012, and previously held roles in undergraduate recruitment and communications and marketing.
Rachel is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Higher Education program at WVU.
