Quintina Mengyan is the Director of Operations at Vantage Ventures. Quintina’s past experiences as an early-stage employee in a fast-growing start-up to its IPO last fall are exceeded only by her commitment to excellence. Most recently, Quintina was head of Vivid Seats' global Customer Experience team in Chicago. She joined Vivid Seats after achieving significant success both in the classroom and on the lacrosse field at Robert Morris University.

Quintina holds three degrees, including a bachelor’s in applied health sciences and an MBA in Human Resources Management as well as Management. She was also Captain of the Women’s Lacrosse team at Robert Morris University when they won the National Championship and was a member of the USA International Women’s Lacrosse Team among many other notable recognitions.

Quintina’s background at Vivid Seats includes leading over 700 team members in Chicago, Dallas, Dominican Republic and the Philippines. Her efforts led Newsweek to recognize Vivid Seats for its industry leading customer experience management. Quintina also held management roles in Operations Risk Management, Customer Service and Online Support at Vivid Seats.

Quintina moved to West Virginia as part of the Ascend WV program. In addition to her contributions at Vantage, Quintina is also the Head Coach of WVU’s Women's Lacrosse team.
