Daniel Grossman is an Associate Professor of Economics at West Virginia University and a faculty research associate in the Economics of Health program at the National Bureau of Economic Research. Dr. Grossman’s research focuses on the effects of government policy on health and human capital development, with a particular interest in the spillover effects and unintended consequences of these programs. His work has appeared in numerous peer-reviewed journals including Journal of Health Economics, Journal of Human Resources, Journal of Public Economics and Journal of Urban Economics.
