fields

Jamie Field's research program focuses on organizational research methods (e.g., meta-science, open science) and OB/HR (e.g., cross-cultural differences, employee motivation) topics. Dr. Field is collaborating with the Center for Open Science on an initiative supported by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency's (DARPA) program, Systematizing Confidence in Open Research and Evidence (SCORE). This project aims to develop and implement automated tools that generate rapid, scalable, and accurate confidence scores for research claims. These scores are quantitative measures designed to help researchers, funders, policymakers, and other consumers of scientific evidence better understand the reproducibility and replicability of research findings, ultimately clarifying the level of uncertainty associated with scientific claims.

Jeff
