Robert Orders

Robert O. (Bob) Orders of Charleston, WV is CEO of Orders Construction Company, which began as a small WV bridge construction firm and has grown to become a regional provider of a wide range of construction services.

Robert O. (Bob) Orders of Charleston, WV is CEO of Orders Construction Company, which began as a small WV bridge construction firm and has grown to become a regional provider of a wide range of construction services.

Orders graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, in 1972.  He is a registered professional engineer in West Virginia, Virginia and Maryland.  In the past, Orders has served as president of the Contractors Association of West Virginia and as a trustee for the Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary.

Currently, he serves on the Advisory Board of BB&T in Charleston, is a trustee of The Nature Conservancy of West Virginia, is a member of the Board of Directors of the West Virginia University Foundation, is a member of the Board of Directors of The Greater Kanawha Valley Foundation and is a trustee at First Presbyterian Church of Charleston. Orders has three children and five grandchildren and resides in Charleston, West Virginia with his wife, Ann.
