I have forgotten my Login ID, or my Login ID doesn't work.  
Login IDs can be automatically reset online at login.wvu.edu or by calling ITS at 304-293-4444. 

Where can I access B&E Computer Lab information.

Can I print in the Computer Lab or B&E Atrium?  
Yes, but a Student ID with a positive balance on Mounty Bounty is required to access the printer. 

I don't have antivirus software on my PC. Does WVU provide one for student use?  
Yes, please visit freeav.wvu.edu to access Kaspersky anti-virus software. 

Is there a place on campus where I can purchase software for my PC?  
West Virginia University’s Technology Support Center, located in Brooke Tower, has hardware and software available for student purchase.

Is there a location in the building that displays general announcements/emergency information?   
Yes, WVU Infostations are located by the Undergraduate Advising Office and the Dean's Office on the 3rd and 4th floor, respectively. Alerts can also be sent directly to your phone or email if you enroll at  https://alert.wvu.edu/ 

My computer keeps telling me to install Windows updates, are these necessary?  
Yes, it is important to install current Windows updates to keep your computer secure. This will also help keep your computer running efficiently.
