2026 Inductee:
WesBanco

WesBanco LogoWesBanco is the 2026 recipient of the Corporate Partner of the Year Award, given to organizations that have demonstrated exceptional commitment to student development and partnership with the Chambers College across three dimensions: experiential learning and curricular engagement, talent acquisition, and philanthropic support.

A prominent bank in West Virginia with more than 200 branches across six states, WesBanco has been a long-time supporter of the Chambers College, including through  Data Driven WV, an outreach center connecting students and faculty with real-world data and analytics work.

WesBanco has been a partner of Data Driven WV since the program began in 2019. In 2025’s WVU Day of Giving, WesBanco showed further cooperation by providing a gift to the Chambers College designed to support Data Driven WV.

The company has further demonstrated commitment to the Chambers College through hands-on student engagement, serving as a core employer for the Chambers College Externship Program and sponsoring the Inaugural Real Estate Trends Conference. Additionally, leaders from WesBanco sit on the College’s Finance, Management Information Systems and Real Estate Advisory Councils.

WesBanco is the second-ever recipient of the Corporate Partner of the Year Award. Presented annually, the award will serve to recognize organizations for their continued investment in business education.
