Christopher Willis

A native of Independence, West Virginia, Christopher Willis is the chief human resources officer and director of human resources & marketing for the SDI Family of Companies, a global firm providing solutions to the construction, energy, mining, oil & gas, power, and telecommunications industries.

Willis leads the global Human Resource and Marketing functions for SDI. Prior to his current role, Willis held several roles of increasing responsibility and scope within SDI including human resource manager, human resource director, and director of human resources & information technology. 

Willis earned a B.A. in History and M.S. in Industrial Relations from West Virginia University during which Willis completed internships for PolyOne Corporation, Bayer Material Science, and Mylan Pharmaceuticals. Following graduation, Willis began his career with Wisp Resort in McHenry, Maryland, where served as the director of human resources. 

In addition to his professional achievements, Willis serves on the board of directors of Friends of WVU Hospitals, WVU Greek Alumni Association, Friends of Mountaineer Scouting, Inc., the United Way of Monongalia and Preston Counties. In addition to his board positions, Willis volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America and its honor society, the Order of the Arrow. 

Willis lives in Morgantown, West Virginia, with his beautiful wife Rayann and their amazing sons, Greyson and Colton.
