Emily Kurzinski

Emily Kurzinski is a visionary leader for go-to-market and operations strategy at VMware by Broadcom.

Recognized for her consistent drive for innovation, Kurzinski navigates new product and process development to meet evolving business needs in the tech industry while championing operational excellence globally. Her passion and commitment to transformation has garnered her 16 VMware performance recognition awards, earned her the role of ambassador for the VMware Office of the CTO Global Field and Industry Program, and led to her co-founding of the VMware Women in PS diversity and inclusion program. Beyond her professional endeavors, Emily serves as commissioner for the City of Golden, Colorado’s Planning Commission, fosters animals for Foothills Animal Shelter, and is a leader of the Denver Climbing Community group. Emily holds undergraduate degrees in Management Information Systems and Marketing from WVU.
