Natasha Selzer
Natasha Selzer is Associate Vice President in the Capital Access Platform group at Nasdaq, bringing 25 years of financial industry experience, including over two decades at Nasdaq. In her current role, she heads the Index Client Success team, where she is responsible for overseeing comprehensive client onboarding and services efforts. Natasha’s strategic leadership has driven measurable improvements in client satisfaction and operational performance, particularly through the optimization of Salesforce support systems and the management of key vendor distribution relationships.
Previously, as Senior Director of Investment Intelligence at Nasdaq, Natasha managed an extensive portfolio of thousands of global indexes across multiple asset classes. She played a pivotal role in collaborating with research and development teams to launch innovative index solutions, effectively navigating complex technical challenges and streamlining administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
A champion of diversity and inclusion, Natasha has served as an advisor and former co-lead for Nasdaq’s Global Link of Black Employees (GLOBE), where she has supported talent development and promoted inclusive workplace initiatives. She is also a founding member of LIIFT, a strategic networking initiative within her group, further demonstrating her commitment to fostering an empowering professional environment.
Natasha is a member of the inaugural Finance Department Advisory Council at West Virginia University, where she collaborates with fellow alumni to advance finance education and professional development.
Natasha holds an MBA in Finance from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Management Information Systems from West Virginia University.
