Class Technologies

Document Camera
  • Press Power to power on.
  • Press the Source button to toggle between showing the document camera and the PC.
  • Press the lamp button on the control panel to toggle between the various lamp settings to reduce glare.  The settings provide more or less light as needed.
  • Press freeze to lock the image temporarily.  Press freeze again to unlock.
  • Press the focus buttons on either side of the camera head if autofocus is not focusing correctly.
  • Press Power to power off.
Projector with Remote
  • Press Power to turn on the projector.
  • Press Computer to choose the input.  This will toggle between the options.  Click slowly as it can take about 4-5 seconds for the projector to load the new input.
  • Press volume up or down to adjust the volume in the room.
  • Press Off and then Off to confirm to power down the projector.  The projector will need to cool off for approximately 3-5 minutes before it will power back on.
Copy Board Plus with Printer
  • Write on the white board only with Dry Erase markers as with any other white board.
  • To Print:
    • Press the Power button
    • Press Color/B/W as needed to set the print status for color or black and white
    • Press On Board print (the board will scroll and scan/print as it is turning)
  • To Save:
    • Press the Power button
    • Insert the USB drive into the port
    • Click Save (the board will scroll and scan/save as it is turning)
  • The whiteboard has two sides.  To use the other side use the Scroll Left or Right button
Conference Phone
  • To place a call:
    • Dial 3 followed by the 4 digit number for on campus calls
    • Dial 9 followed by the 10 digit number for local calls
    • Dial 8 followed by the 10 digit number for long distance calls
  • To place a conference call:
  1. Dial the first call as above
  2. Press Conference (this places the first call on hold temporarily)
  3. Dial the second call as above
  4. Press Conference again (this brings all callers back together)
  5. If there are additional parties,repeat steps 2-4 as needed (all callers will be on hold together as additional calls are added)
Crestron Input Panel

  • Connect Laptop to either VGA  (picture) and 3.5 mm sound cable or HDMI.
  • Choose appropriate connection on the Crestron Wall Panel.
Crestron Wall Panel
  • Press ON to power on the room.  This will lower the projection screen, turn on the projector and enable sound in the room.
  • Press PC to display the instructor computer in the podium
  • Press laptop to display laptop.
  • Press video mute to black out the projection screen.
  • Press audio mute to silence the audio. 
  • Press Volume up or down to adjust sound.
  • Press OFF to power down the room.
