Photography Services

Have an event or learning opportunity that you'd like photographed? Let us know through the Project Request form and we will try to attend when possible. Requests will be prioritized based on possible future use (social and storytelling) and alignment to our strategic mission. If travel is required, the requesting unit will need to cover the expenses. The Strategic Communications Office photography is focused on social and storytelling, not event photography. If you need a photographer for the entire event, please request one through WVU Photo Services.

At this time, our Strategic Communications team relies on the photography services of University Relations for large-scale events and initiatives held within or by our College. 

Please keep in mind that requesting a photographer does not mean we will automatically receive one and we may not request a specific photographer.
