ACM Out-of-State Tuition Savings Program
Academic Common Market
The Academic Common Market (ACM) is a tuition-savings program for college students in the 16 SREB member states who want to pursue degrees that are not offered by their in-state institutions. Students may enroll in out-of-state institutions that offer their degree program and pay the institution’s in-state tuition rates. The Global Supply Chain Management Program at WVU participates in the ACM.
As of Fall 2017, this program is available to students in Virginia and Delaware. Students from these two states who are directly admitted to the Global Supply Chain Management major (which requires a 3.25 HS GPA and a 22 or higher on the ACT math section or a 570 or higher on the SAT math section) can receive in-state tuition.
