Senior Vice President of Supply Chain, PepsiCo Americas Beverages

Jim is the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain with accountability for all manufacturing, logistics, engineering, planning and integration and HSE for PepsiCo Americas Beverages, including Pepsi Beverages Company, Gatorade, Tropicana and Naked Juice.

In addition, Jim has responsibility for the PepsiCo America Beverages hot-fill strategy in Latin America and Franchise Operations in Central and South America. Prior to assuming this role in December 2010, Jim served as Senior Vice President – NAB Supply Chain & PAB Hot Fill Strategy.

A 30-year veteran of the Company, Jim started his career with The Quaker Oats Company as a distribution center front line leader in Shiremanstown, Pennsylvania. Additional roles in Danville, Illinois; Chicago, Illinois; Cedar Rapids, Iowa and St. Joseph, Missouri, gave him critical experiences in manufacturing, logistics and engineering. He also served as Vice President of global quality for Quaker.  After the merger with PepsiCo in 2001, Jim assumed complete supply chain responsibility for Quaker Foods & Snacks, Tropicana and PepsiCo hot-fill beverages in North America.

Jim has a B.S.B.A. and M.B.A. He is currently a member of the University of Michigan’s Ross Masters of Supply Chain Management Corporate Advisory Council, a member of Accenture’s Chief Supply Chain Officer Network and Chairman of West Virginia School of Business (Supply Chain Advisory Board). He also served on the Engineering Advisory Board of North Carolina A&T University. He and his wife, Lisa, reside in Geneva, Illinois with their three children, William, Adam and Bailey.
