Kim Craig
Mr. Craig is a native of Clarksburg, West Virginia, and currently serves as President and CEO of F.N.B. Wealth Management Group. F.N. B. Wealth Management consists of three operating affiliates, First National Trust Company, a nationally chartered trust company, and its two operating subsidiaries, F.N.B. Investment Advisors, Inc., a registered investment adviser, and First National Investment Services Company, a licensed insurance agency.
F.N.B. Wealth Management maintains assets of approximately $4.5 Billion and serves
clients throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina
and South Carolina. Mr. Craig earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration
from West Virginia University, College of Business and Economics, with designated
majors in finance and accounting.
Following graduation from West Virginia University, Mr. Craig was employed by Fidelity Union Bancorporation in Moorestown, New Jersey, the Blueville Bank of Grafton in Grafton, West Virginia, First National Bank of Morgantown in Morgantown, West Virginia, and served as Executive Vice President of Promistar Financial Corporation prior to his appointment as President and Chief Operating Officer of Promistar Trust Company in May of 1990. Mr. Craig served in similar capacities with Promistar Financial Corporation and its subsidiaries prior to F. N. B. Corporation’s acquisition of Promistar Financial Corporation in January of 2002.
Mr. Craig's post-graduate work includes a professional designation as Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) from the Institute of Certified Bankers, professional certifications from the Graduate School of Banking of the South, Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, National Trust School at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, Trust Functions and Services from Pierce Junior College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Fiduciary Income Taxation from Rider College in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. Mr. Craig has also received similar designations in both Wealth Accumulation and Advanced Estate Planning from the American College.
Mr. Craig is a previous member of the Cambria-Somerset Estate Planning Council, the South Jersey and North Central West Virginia Estate and Financial Planning Councils. Mr. Craig also serves on the Board of Trustees of 1889 Foundation, The Community Foundation of the Alleghenies, West Virginia University, College of Business and Economics, Visiting Committee, Board of Directors, The Laurel Highland Chapter of The Boy Scouts of America and is a past President of Board of Governors of Sunnehanna Country Club.
