Parry Petroplus is President of Petroplus and Associates, Inc., which is a full-service commercial real estate firm specializing in property management. Petroplus founded the company in 1976. He has been a real estate broker since 1978 in the state of West Virginia, and has been licensed in Ohio and Pennsylvania.

He is a 1973 graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Petroplus was named to the WVU Business & Economics College Hall of Fame in 2009, was the 2003 U.S. Small Business Administration’s Business Person of the Year for the State of West Virginia, the recipient of the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2001, received the Association of Builders and Contractors Excellence in Construction Award in 2002 and the Edith Barill Award from the Greater Morgantown Convention and Visitors Bureau, to name a few. Mr. Petroplus has a long list of affiliations and community activities.

Petroplus is involved with a number of community and state-wide organizations. He has served on the West Virginia University Board of Governors, WV Roundtable, Centra Bank Board of Directors, United Board of Directors, WV Roundtable, Foundation for Mon General Hospital and a variety of community organizations.

Petroplus has developed commercial properties throughout the state of West Virginia and together with his partners Mike Puskar and Steve Lorenze, was a driving force behind the development along the Monongahela River in the Wharf District of Morgantown.
