Penelope Facemire Roll

Penelope (Penni) Facemire Roll previously served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of Ares Management L.P.'s Direct Lending Group and the Chief Financial Officer of Ares Capital Corporation.

Penelope (Penni) Facemire Roll, a native of Summersville, West Virginia, earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in accounting at WVU.  Roll spent most of her career as a Chief Financial Officer in the alternative investment management industry.  She was a Partner at Ares Management Corporation and served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ares Capital Corporation, Chief Financial Officer of Ares Management's Credit Group, and Global Chief Compliance Officer of Ares Management.  Roll is a benefactor of the Chambers College’s Roll Capital Markets Center and is a member of the Founders Club of the Student Managed Investment Fund.
