What impact do you hope to have at WVU in the future?
  • I hope to leave WVU better than I found it. I want to help my other students achieve the goals they want. I think a good way of doing this is through the Ambassador program, where I can help new students transition into their new life.
Was business always a path you thought you’d take? Why? If not, tell us the story of what you imagined majoring in at college and how you ended up at Chambers College.
  • I was very unsure about what to major in before I went to college. I played around with a few ideas but ultimately decided on business. While looking at majors at WVU, business had some very interesting classes where you can learn some useful life skills. It also seemed to harbor an excellent community with people that are passionate about what they do.
Why WVU? Why the Chambers College?
  • The main reason I choose WVU is because of the community here. Most people are so friendly and kind, and you can meet some of the best friends you’ll ever have. One of my favorite aspects of the school is the sports, and the passion that students of WVU have towards their sports teams really drew me in. I choose the Chambers College in particular because of the opportunities and experience the college will provide. Another good plus is that we are getting a brand-new building in 2022, Reynolds Hall.
