The WVU Center for Free Enterprise is hosting a Summer Empirical Workshop, welcoming applications from advanced undergraduate and graduate students that aim to broaden their empirical research skills.

The summer workshop will provide introductory courses and short courses in:

  • Web scraping
  • Advanced issues in econometrics
  • Constructing and conducting experimental and survey research

Courses will be taught by Drs. Gregory DeAngelo, Bryan McCannon and Adam Nowak and will give workshop participants the empirical skills needed to develop new research questions.

A travel, lodging and meal allowance will be offered to workshop attendees. Workshop schedule TBD.
