Management Department Programs
MS Human Resource Leadership
Our MS Human Resource Leadership graduates will be subject matter experts with the ability to make data-driven managerial decisions, andthe skills to assume leadership roles within their organizations. Graduates will possess both the technical skills in demand by national employers, as well as the “soft” or“people” skills frequently absent from on-the-job training.

Gain important business principles, business ethics, leadership and employee management skills needed to take on a cross-functional managerial position within any industry or organization of any size.
Management Ph.D.
The Ph.D. in Business Administration with a major in Management is a high-quality, full-time, residential program designed to prepare you for a career in scholarly research and teaching at the university level. Our program is supported by faculty who actively publish research on a variety of topics in organizational behavior and strategic management.
MS Human Resource Management
Our Master of Science in Human Resource Management (MSHRM) program is one of the oldest and most celebrated HR/IR programs in the country. Designed to be completed in three semesters, you will participate in off-site company visits, networking events, industry conference, internship opportunities, as well as the Eaton Practicum Series.

The International Business Club is designed to educate you on social, political and economic issues that impact international business, as well as provide you with opportunities to develop strong ties with international companies and other organizations.
