Management Ph.D.
The Ph.D. in Business Administration with a major in Management is a high-quality, full-time, residential program designed to prepare you for a career in scholarly research and teaching at the university level. Our program is supported by faculty who actively publish research on a variety of topics in organizational behavior and strategic management.
MS Industrial Relations and Human Resources
Our MSIRHR program is one of the oldest and most celebrated HR/IR programs in the country. Designed to be completed in 12 months. You will participate in off-site company visits, networking events, and internship opportunities.
