Leadership Development Programs

What Are Leadership Development/Rotational Programs?

Rotational or leadership development programs (LDPs) provide you with in-depth experiences, ongoing mentorship, and targeted training across a range of business functions across the enterprise. Companies use these programs to create talent pipelines for interns or full-time, entry-level roles and to develop leaders within their organization.

Each program may have unique components, length of time, pre-selected rotating work assignments, optional rotating work assignments or specific, in-depth experience in one area.

Recruitment Process and Interview Cycle
While each organization's timeline may vary, companies typically post positions and recruit applicants during the fall semester. Many employers will return to campus during the spring to fill additional spots.

Typical Interview Phases
  1. Application
  2. Gamified Assessments, such as Pymetrics
  3. Pre-Recorded Virtual Interview, such as HireVue
  4. Live Virtual Interviews
  5. Final Interview (virtual or in-person)
