Make the most of opportunities at WVU and travel to exotic Thailand this summer for two weeks.
The course will study International Business and Public Diplomacy. It will highlight the use of Thai food and culture to build an international profile.
Trip Highlights Include:
- Thai Cooking Class
- Elephant Encounter (Actually Bathe Elephants!)
- Erawan Waterfall (Swim in a multilevel Waterfall!)
- Buddhas of all sizes (15 stories high to the size of your thumb!)
- Temples of all colors (white, silver, black, red)
- Markets (Floating Markets, Night Markets, Food Markets)
- Tuktuk Tour
- “Death Railway” and “Bridge on the River Kwai”
- Glamping on a Floating River Hotel on the River Kwai
- Farm to Table Meal
- Pineapple and Mango Farms
- Beach Day at Hua Hin
- Learn what all of these cool things have to do with Economic Development in Thailand. . . and figure out ways in which we might be able to do the same things in West Virginia
