General Business Programs
Real Estate Minor
Real Estate minor combines many different academic disciplines including: economics, finance, sales, and law. Students gain the foundational knowledge to pursue a career in real estate brokerage, finance and development.
Nonprofit Management
The Nonprofit Management minor provides students with a focused exploration of the unique aspects of the nonprofit sector. Tailored to complement diverse majors, this program imparts essential skills for success in nonprofit roles.
Entrepreneurship
Gain the skills to build and manage a thriving business. You can conceive and validate a business idea and then launch this business, keeping the money you earn, or you can help local startups perform analyses and run an experiment.
Entrepreneurship and Innovation
Manage growth in existing organizations, including small and medium-sized enterprises, large corporations, family business and socially-orientated ventures by working closely with WVU’s Encova Center.

Hardy Family Hospitality and Tourism Management
Receive hands-on experience so that you are ready to lead a customer-focused team. You will acquire the skills you need for a career in the hotel, restaurant, event planning, theme park or management field.
Hospitality and Tourism Minor
If you’re a strong communicator interested in the customer service side of business, then this minor is for you. You will learn the basic characteristics of tourism: structures, operations, as well as social and cultural aspects.
