The College of Business and Economics will host a hospitality tent on October 6 in Tent City below Milan Puskar Stadium. Alumni are welcome to stop by the tent for food and camaraderie starting at 10:00 a.m., two hours before kickoff. The Mountaineers will take on the Kansas Jayhawks in the Homecoming Game.

The West Virginia University College of Business and Economics hosted the 17th West Virginia Business Hall of Fame on August 28 at The Greenbrier. This year’s inductees included Linda Arnold, founder and former chairman and CEO of The Arnold Agency, Charleston, West Virginia; Andrew J. Paterno, CEO of Centurion Insurance Services, LLC, Charleston, West Virginia; and Brad Smith, chairman and CEO of Inuit, San Francisco Bay, California.
Charbonnette, Vitullo appointed to new leadership positions at B&E
Javier Reyes, B&E Milan Puskar Dean, has announced the appointments of Dr. Elizabeth Vitullo to
“Our business school is evolving, and it’s important to have the right people in the right places to meet and anticipate the demands of the college,” said Reyes. “Dr. Vitullo will become part of the operation of the Dean’s Office in her role as Assistant Dean of Strategic Initiatives. In this role, she will work to make sure that we look around the corners, that we have someone looking through the windshield and not the rearview mirror. Liz will help B&E align resources in the college and connect them across campus and with partners outside of the university to ensure that we continue to provide excellent learning experiences and produce top quality research, while responding to global business challenges and opportunities.
