GLO-BUS Software, the company that administers the simulation through its website, publishes rankings of teams from colleges across the world, based on their performance computed on multiple factors (e.g., stock price, return on equity, image rating). We are happy to report several teams of students at WVU have been ranked in the Global Top 100 at different stages of the simulation during Spring 2022. The top ranked teams (at any stage of the simulation) across different instructors are as follows: 

WVU debuts GradFest ahead of May 2022 Commencement

A celebration of nearly 4,500 West Virginia University graduates begins next week with the inaugural GradFest and culminates in commencement ceremonies planned for May 13-15.

In one of the first GradFest events, WVU President Gordon Gee will host Marco Greenberg, author of “Primitive: Tapping the Primal Drive that Powers the World’s Most Successful People,” for an in-person and virtual fireside chat Monday (April 18). In-person attendees will receive a signed copy of Greenberg’s book.

Rising West Virginia entrepreneurs own their futures during Bridging Innovation Week

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The next generation of innovators painted a hopeful picture for the Mountain State’s future during Bridging Innovation Week in Charleston April 4-8, demonstrating the power of West Virginia’s partnerships, people and possibilities under one roof.

The conference – which showcased the momentum and energy of West Virginia’s start-up movement - brought together established entrepreneurs and business champions to inspire and support the rising innovators who participated in the West Virginia Business Plan Competitions.
