Focus on the Good

As you’re approaching the last few weeks before finals and holiday break, it’s important to stay positive and focus on the good.

Whether it is an academic or personal accomplishment, know that your Chambers College family is proud of the obstacles you have overcome – big or small.

You will be leaving our campus soon and finishing the semester online, but we are still here for you. Remember, all West Virginia University students leave for Thanksgiving break on November 24 and will return to campus for the start of spring semester on January 19, 2021.

Need a tutor? We can help. Need to talk to someone about spring semester courses? We can help with that, too.

We want you to succeed and we want to hear about it when you do! Share your good news or what you’re thankful for this year (despite the challenges), to be featured in an upcoming social media post!

KEEP IN MIND

Tutoring 101

It’s not too early to start preparing for finals! Even if you feel confident in your coursework, it’s best to ask for help when you need it.

The Academic engagement Success Center (AeSC) offers tutoring through our Neidermeyer Scholars program, for courses including: ACCT 201, ACCT 202, ECON 201, ECON 202, and ECON 225.

\

“I had a wonderful experience with my Neidermeyer Scholar. My tutor had a talent for being able to break down complicated course work into simple and relatable material, and made Econ enjoyable.” – Anonymous Business Student
