Robbins Center for Global Business and Strategy

The Robbins Center recently completed a study involving our undergraduate students and their international experiences. The most recent data shows that, upon graduation, Chambers College graduates who had study abroad experience entered the job market earning $7000 – $10,000 more than those who did not. The study abroad students also landed their first job more quickly.

As we are not currently able to send students abroad during the pandemic, we are finding creative ways to bring international activity here. The Robbins Center sponsored a live event from Shanghai, China. As part of Professor Tom Zeni's MSHR course in international human resources on January 26, Teresa Hudzinski, Head of Workforce Management, Shanghai Disney Resort, delivered a live lecture on the topic of Effective human resources practices in China.
