Mingang "Min" Geiger, a fourth year PhD student, was recently awarded the 2021 Lee Hakel Graduate Student Scholarship by the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. SIOP's Graduate Student Scholarship program recognizes achievement in a graduate career and is intended to assist doctoral students with the costs of carrying out their dissertation work. The Lee Hakel award comes with a $3,500 scholarship, which will aid Min’s dissertation data collection efforts. SIOP is the premier professional association for the science and practice of I-O psychology and is considered by many management academics to be a leading scholarly association. Only the highest ranked student scholarship applicant is awarded the Lee Hakel Graduate Student Scholarship. This is an incredible distinction for Min and the Management PhD Program.
