Tina Bigalke is Vice President - Human Resources for PepsiCo’s Global Supply, Operations and Research & Development Teams, where she sets HR strategy for over 6000 associates worldwide. In this capacity, she is an advisor to PepsiCo’s Chief Science Office and Vice-Chairman, and the Executive Vice-President and General Manager of Global Operations.

Tina joined PepsiCo in 2001. Prior to her current role, she was VP – Headquarters HR for PepsiCo’s Frito-Lay Business Unit with responsibilities ranging from strategic people planning and development to executive coaching. Tina served Frito-Lay in a range of HR capacities, including HR Senior Director – Corporate Business Innovation, Sales HR Senior Director, and HR Director and manager for various sites.

Tina holds an MSILR and a BBA in International Studies/Spanish from West Virginia University and participates in the WVU Practicum series, in addition to serving as an alumni mentor. Prior to PepsiCo, she held a range of human resources roles with PPG Industries, Inc., and MagneTek, Inc.

Currently, Tina serves as HR Executive Sponsor for Adelante, PepsiCo’s Latino Employee Resource Group, sits on the Board of CASA of Collin County, a non-profit organization of advocates who are voices for abused children within the court system, leading CASA’s HR Committee, and is an active member of the National Charity League. She is also a top fundraiser for the DFW American Heart Association Campaign.

When she’s not working, Tina is either on the soccer field or basketball court with her two daughters Emma (15) and Ava (13), or chasing after her chocolate labrador Lanie.
