Larry Mazza

Larry F. Mazza is an established banking and financial executive, entrepreneur and co-owner of a nationally-recognized sports media business.  He is a proven effective leader and civic-minded volunteer who serves on boards of both public companies and non-profit organizations. 

Mr. Mazza is Chief Executive Officer of  MVB Financial Corp., the parent of West Virginia-based MVB Bank, Inc.  Mr. Mazza also serves on the MVB Financial Corp. Board of Directors.  He is a recognized name in West Virginia banking with over 25 years of experience in both large banks and community banks. Mr. Mazza is a member of the West Virginia Board of Banking and Financial Institutions, part of the State's banking regulatory and oversight agency.  This seven member Board oversees the operation of financial institutions throughout the State and advises the West Virginia Commissioner of Banking on matters put forth by financial institutions. 

John Mork

John Mork is President and Chief Executive Officer of Energy Corporation of America and a Director of the Company.  Mr. Mork served in various capacities at Union Oil Company until 1972 when he and Julie Mork founded the Company.  Mr. Mork is a past Director of the Independent Petroleum Association of America, and the Independent Oil and Gas Association of West Virginia.  Mr. Mork was a member of and held various positions with the Young Presidents’ Organization.  He is currently a member of the Chief Executives Organization, the World Presidents’ Organization, the University of Southern California Engineering School Board of Councilors and Chairman of the University of Southern California Board of Trustees.  Mr. Mork holds a Bachelor and Masters of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Southern California, and a Doctorate in Humane Letters.  In addition, he is a graduate of the Stanford Business School Program for Chief Executive Officers.   He is married to Julie Mork and they have two children: Kyle, the Chief Operating Officer at ECA and Alison Hansen, an educator in San Francisco. 


Brett Harvey

In addition, Harvey is a member of the following industry and civic organizations: American Coalition for Clean Coal Energy board member; Bituminous Coal Operators' Association (chairman 2006-present); Coal Industry Advisory Board of the International Energy Agency; National Coal Council; National Mining Association (chairman 2002-2004); The Conservation Fund; Virginia Coalfield Economic Development Authority; Waterways Council, Inc.; World Coal Institute (vice chairman 2001-2003); Allegheny Conference on Community Development Executive Committee; Boy Scouts of America National Executive Board and Boy Scouts of America Greater Pittsburgh Council (chairman 2003-2006); The Duquesne Club board of directors; Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra Chairman's Council; and the University of Pittsburgh Board of Trustees.

Harvey began his business career in 1979 with Kaiser Steel Company at the Sunnyside Mine in Utah, and in 1984 he was elected vice president and general manager for Kaiser Coal of New Mexico.  In 1986 he joined Utah Power & Light Company.  Harvey was elected vice president-mining for PacifiCorp in 1990. He was named president and chief executive officer of Interwest in 1993, vice president of PacifiCorp Fuels in 1993, and president and chief executive officer of PacifiCorp Energy in 1995. He became president and chief executive officer of CONSOL Energy Inc. on January 1, 1998.

Ralph Baxter

Chairman & CEO Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliff LLC 

Ralph Baxter served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Orrick from 1990 through March 2013.  Under Mr. Baxter’s leadership, Orrick expanded, diversified and extended its geographic reach, transforming from a domestic firm with California origins to its position today as one of the world’s most prominent global law firms, with more than 1,100 lawyers in 25 offices across the United States, Europe and Asia.  Mr. Baxter also launched several transformative initiatives that more closely align Orrick with its clients, including non‑traditional talent and pricing models, distinguishing the firm as a bold innovator in the legal industry.

Charles Hageboeck

Mr. Hageboeck holds a doctorate in Economics from Indiana University and graduated with a BS in Economics from Butler University. He is married to Samantha, and they have four children. The oldest attends the US Merchant Marine Academy and the younger children attend public schools in Charleston.

Jerry MacCleary

Gerald (Jerry) MacCleary is president of Bayer MaterialScience LLC (BMS) for the NAFTA region and serves as the senior representative for Bayer in Pittsburgh and the larger Allegheny County area communities.

MacCleary also leads the Polyurethanes business for the NAFTA region of BMS, a responsibility he has held since 2004.

João Vale de Almeida

Ambassador João Vale de Almeida is the Head of the Delegation of the European Union to the United States.  He presented his credentials to President Obama on August 10, 2010.

Prior to his appointment in Washington as the European Union's Ambassador, he served as the Director General for External Relations at the European Commission, the European Union's executive body. As the most senior official under the authority of the High Representative/Vice-President Baroness Ashton, he helped formulate and execute the EU's foreign policy and played a key role in preparing for the new European External Action Service (EEAS) introduced by the Treaty of Lisbon.

Nathan Savage

Nathan serves on Savage Companies Board of Directors and as Senior Vice President and Group Leader for the Oil & Gas Midstream Solutions Group.  Nathan joined Savage in 1995 and served in Operations, Finance, Business Development and most recently as Leader for the Corporate Development and Refinery Solutions Groups.  Before joining Savage, Nathan worked with a venture capital group as Operations Manager for a wireless telecommunications company.

William Foote

William C.  Foote is retired chairman and CEO of USG Corporation, based in Chicago.  Mr. Foote is a member of the board of Walgreen Co., Kohler Co. and a trustee of Williams College. 

USG Corporation is a multi-billion dollar manufacturer and distributor of high-performance building systems that serve the residential, non-residential, and repair and remodel construction markets. USG is the largest manufacturer of gypsum products in North America and largest distributor of wallboard in the United States.
