Mason Harp is not only a marketing senior at Chambers College, but he is also West Virginia University’s Coca-Cola Ambassador!
So, what is a Coca-Cola Ambassador?
Students who love the brand have the opportunity to work in tandem with University
Officials and the Coca-Cola team in order to execute marketing programs throughout
the academic school year, such as using their personal social media accounts to
spread brand love and setting up sampling events on campus to pass out new Coca-Cola
products.
Mason Harp replaced our 2020 business graduate, Maria Lombardi, who was previously WVU's Coca-Cola Ambassador.
This past summer, Harp interned with Coca-Cola Consolidated in the customer management and grocery department. Throughout his time, he worked on a project about the share of visual inventory and engaged in professional development lessons with other interns. At the end of the internship, he was able to present his project to senior leadership at Coca-Cola Consolidated.
“I am extremely excited to be working with Coca-Cola. The chance to add a Fortune 500 Company to my resume will help make me more marketable when applying for internships and other future opportunities. I am also excited to share a few Coca-Cola products with my fellow Mountaineers."
Catch Mason at one of his sampling events around campus this fall semester and follow him on Instagram at @themasonharp.
