If your child is choosing to continue their academic career at a higher-education institution, you have probably been looking at both local and out-of-state campuses together to get a better sense of what would meet your child's professional and personal needs.
On April 15, West Virginia University held its spring
Decide WVU where admitted students and their families were were able to see what it's like to live and learn in Morgantown.
Students visited all three
campuses – Downtown, Evansdale and Health Sciences – heard from faculty, staff and current students, met with our admissions and financial aid experts, toured residence and dining halls, explored the
Mountainlair,
PRT (personal rapid transit), and engaged with other
student life opportunities.
Those interested in a business major, or who have already declared one, visited our new home on the waterfront, Reynolds Hall, during the Chambers College open house.
To date, Reynolds Hall has welcomed more than 200 potential business students to campus.
Not only did they hear from our devoted faculty and talented staff, but potential students were able to meet current business students who go above and beyond both in and out of the classroom, such as Chambers College student
ambassadors,
peer mentors and
scholars.
