Meet Lauren Moore

Meet Lauren Moore, a West Virginia native and alumna of the economics program at West Virginia University (WVU). Moore's journey took an exciting turn as she pursued the Business Data Analytics (BUDA) program, where she discovered a unique blend of her love for technology and passion for making a difference.

The experiential learning opportunities and collaborative projects with her peers have made her BUDA experience truly exceptional. As she prepares to graduate with her master's degree, Moore looks forward to joining Noblis, a Data Driven WV partner, where she can apply her skills and contribute to the data-driven industry.

Moore was drawn to the BUDA program because it offered seamless integration of her interests in business, technology, and helping others. What sets this program apart is its ability to merge these elements in a way that is valuable to industries and prepares students for the real world. The program's dynamic nature allows it to adapt to emerging solutions and market demands, ensuring that students are equipped with the latest skills and knowledge.

One of Moore's favorite aspects of the BUDA program has been the opportunity to work on projects alongside her peers. Through these projects, she has been able to push the boundaries of the material and create innovative solutions that have never been seen before.

By leveraging the knowledge gained in the classroom and collaborating with faculty, Moore and her peers have embraced new technologies and applied them to real-world projects, providing invaluable preparation for the workforce. These experiences have fostered a culture of creativity and exploration, enabling students to think critically and solve complex problems.

With her BUDA journey nearing its completion, Moore eagerly anticipates joining Noblis—a Data-Driven WV partner. Equipped with the unique skill set she has gained from WVU, Moore is ready to make a meaningful impact in the data-driven industry. She is grateful for the opportunities and experiences that WVU has provided and acknowledges that her success would not have been possible without the support and guidance of the Chambers College.

Lauren Moore's journey through the BUDA program at WVU exemplifies the power of combining business acumen, technology expertise, and a passion for making a difference. The program's focus on experiential learning and collaborative projects has equipped Moore with the skills and confidence needed to thrive in the data-driven industry.

Her upcoming role at Noblis reflects the invaluable preparation and support she received at WVU. With her commitment to excellence and the guidance of the Chambers College, Moore is poised to embark on a successful career, leaving a lasting impact wherever she goes.
