FAQs

I don’t have a business plan, can I still enter?

Yes! Business plans do not come into play until the third round. In round one, you are pitching your idea via YouTube video.

What do I win?

Real money. You pitch for what you need: legal support, prototyping, manufacturing, etc. You will also have the opportunity to pitch to venture capitalists and angel investors (think SharkTank) for additional funding.

Do you take in equity in my business?

No. The competition does not take any equity in your business. Winnings are taxable.

Can I enter a nonprofit idea?

Yes.
